All UK customers must return their item within 14 days of receiving their order.
For all International customers, please return goods within 28 days of receiving your order.
We will issue a refund if there is a problem with the item.
We will exchange the item for a different size/ colour preferred (if stock is available)
When we have received your item, our next step is to check it.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
All items must have original tags attached.
Once checks have been made, we will refund your debit/credit card.
Please note this process can take up to 3-5 working days.
It may take longer to process your return at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges can only be refunded if you have received items that are faulty and a refund is made.
For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods as RIVICI are not liable for any items lost in transit.
